Tonight’s dinner Chicken Parmagiane I’ve wanted to make this favorite classic for a long time but I had to study on how to make it and I think it came out nice. Love the gooey cheese and usually it’s accompanied by spaghetti or linguini I just used any pasta I used penne rigatoni which works just as well

Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast butterflied cut
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1 cupbread crumbs
  4. 2beaten eggs
  5. Dried thyme
  6. Dried basil you can use fresh
  7. Black pepper
  8. Pasta sauce
  9. Pasta
  10. Halfonion
  11. Garlic chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Season flour and bread crumbs put flour, egg, and breadcrumbs in separate containers. Season chicken breast and butterfly place chicken on plastic wrap and cover and pound until flattened

    Then dust in flour shake excess flour then egg drip excess egg and breadcrumbs shake off excess bread crumbs Heat pan and oil then fry until chicken is cooked and breadcrumbs are crispy

    Prepare pasta sauce chop onions and garlic and sauté then add pasta sauce then simmer add pasta and coat with sauce and add cheese

    Then in another pan prepare sauce for chicken simmer then place chicken in simmering sauce then spoon sauce over chicken sprinkle cheese on top of chicken lower heat cover just until cheese is melted and looks like this
