Cooking Instructions

Make a paste of all the spices and roasted cummin seeds powder with some water and apply it on the panneer as shown in picture. Now attach 2 paneer with each other

Take a bowl put gram flour in it and add salt and red chilli powder in it with baking powder and baking soda add water and mix them without lumbs in it and make it thick

Take a pan and heat the oil on medium flame for frying dip the paneer in batter and fry them for first time. Take them out cut them from center and rest them for 5 min

Now again deep fry them until they become crispy and golden brown. Take them out and now they are ready sprinkle chat masala on them and serve with green chilli sauce and red sauce
