Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 2 cupGram flour
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Pinchturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspCoriander powder
  6. 1 tspChat masala
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Required water
  9. Pinchbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly sieve gram flour and add all spices, required water combine well make a prefect better for pakore.

    Further cut in thick and long strips.

  3. 3

    Now add pich of baking soda in prepared gram flour better mix well.

  4. 4

    Now paneer coat in gram flour better.

  5. 5

    Half fry in medium hot oil.

  6. 6

    Now cut paneer paroke, again fry before serving and sprinkle chaat masala end last.

  7. 7

    Enjoy paneer pakore with coriander chutni or tea.
