Ingredients

  1. 500 glean mince
  2. 2 clovesgarlic (minced)
  3. 10 gginger(minced)
  4. salt/blackpepper
  5. 2medium onions(finely chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the meat,onion,garlic, ginger,salt and blackpepper. knead until properly mixed

    Portions in 80g portions. then mould them into flat and round discs

  3. 3

    Heat a little oil on a flat pan... cook for 5-7mins on each side on medium heat or until nicely cooked.

    Serve warm or hot. can be served with buns,slices of tomatoes or just alone

  5. 5

    Do not overcook as the burger looses all its moisture and becomes tough
