Ingredients

  1. 6medium size potatoes
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1big sardine fish
  4. Tattase, pepper, onion, ginger garlic
  5. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the potatoes till soft, bring it down n let it cool

  2. 2

    Grate the kayan miya

  3. 3

    Mash the potatoes till smooth

  4. 4

    Add half of the grated kayan miya and stir, add seasoning and set aside

  5. 5

    Cook ur fish remove the bone, mash it and add the remaining kayan miya seasoning, ball shape it and deep it in egg n fry

  6. 6

    Now bring ur mashed potatoes, spray it in ur palm put the fish ball and cover it till u get a round shape

  7. 7

    Deep in egg and roll it inside ur cornflakes crumbs then deep fry till golden brown
