Cooking Instructions

    Parboil the rice,wash with cold water and strain.

    Blend the Tatashe and atarugu.Place your pot on fire add little vegetable oil,cut your Onion and crush your garlic,add to the oil,add the grinded pepper and stir fry.

    Add water and allow to boil,add the seasoning and salt,allow to melt.Add the rice and cook for some minutes.

    Wash the veggies and cut them,add them to the rice and cook until it's done.

  5. 5

    Eat with coleslaw and peppered chicken.Garnish with Cucumber
