Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1/2 cupbeans
  3. Veg. Oil
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Onion and scallion

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water in a pot, wash and add the beans and let it cook for 10mins, wash and add the rice to the post, when it cooks for 10-15 more minutes which is the per boiling stage, wash the thick starch water thoroughly,add the rice and beans back to the pot,add some salt, add some hot water and let it cook/steam for 10mins.

    Serve hot with oil, pepper,onion and scallion.
