Ingredients

  1. 4chicken breast
  2. 1 1/2 cupshredded Velveeta cheese
  3. 1 tablespoonbutter
  4. 8 slicescheese
  5. Dashsalt
  6. Dashpepper
  7. 2scallion onions
  8. Olive oil (enough to coat your pan)
  9. 1/2milk

Cooking Instructions

    Cook bacon til nice and crispy

    Rinse your chicken, then I pound mine down to about an inch thick

  3. 3

    Coat your pan with olive oil and set on medium heat

  4. 4

    Salt and pepper chicken to your taste

  5. 5

    Add chicken to pan and cook on medium to med low heat for about 20 minutes on each side

  6. 6

    About 10 minutes til chicken is done add milk cheese and butter in a sauce pan and heat on medium low until cheese is nice and smooth

    Plate up chicken by topping chicken with cheese sauce and bacon crumbles and scallions
