Ingredients

  1. For the puff pastry:250gms All purpose flour(APF)
  2. 175gmsPastry magarine(PM)
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Egg white for brushing
  5. 10 gmsmargarine
  6. 150 gmswater
  7. Filling:200gms Chicken preferably breasts
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. White Pepper
  10. Soy sauce
  11. Chicken broth
  12. Tomato Paste
  13. 2onions
  14. 4garlic cloves
  15. Cooking oil
  16. APF or corn starch for thickening the mixture

Cooking Instructions

    Make a dough with APF,margarine, water,salt.once u hv kneaded into soft dough start moulding the PM make a hole n fold it in the dough.

    Then u roll it into rectangular shape not too thin and fold 3 folds then turn 90°and roll out again into rectangle and fold then put into the fridge for 20mins.Repeat folding process n return to the fridge for 20 mins

    DONT ROLL TOO THIN LIKE CHAPATI otherwise all the margarine will come out.

    In the meantime boil the chicken n shread it.Take a sufuria put oil n onions till sautee add the chicken,broth,garlic,soy,sauce,white pepper,salt.

    Take a small bowl put the tomato paste n flour n make paste n put into the chicken.Put aside to cool

    Now roll into a big Chapati n cut into circles put in the chicken n fold it into semi circle

    Brush with the egg white n let it rest for 5mins n brush again n put in the oven

  8. 8

    Enjoy with cold drink
