Mini meat pies.
These are so tasty. I could eat them all. Good hot or cold.
Cooking Instructions

Cut roast into small pieces, 1/2 in square about

In medium pot brown beef in small batches, use a little oil, put aside

In same pot, cook onion until tranlucent
- 4
Combine meat and onions in pot
- 5
Add water mixed with beef broth granules
- 6
Bring to a simmer uncovered. cook till beef is tender.

Mix flour with 1/3 cup water and add to pot.

Continue cooking until gravy meat mixture is thick and not runny.

Roll pie crust dough into 8 inch circles.

Place enough meat gravy mixture (cooled) on 1/2 of crust

Brush crust edges with water to act like glue
- 12
Fold crust over mixture and pinch edges to seal

Brush top with egg wash for browning

Puncture top to release steam while cooking

Bake at 400°F until brown. your choice for color

Makes 15 little pies.
