Tuwon Shinkafa miyar dried okro

Ingredients

  1. Shinkafar tuwo
  2. Flour
  3. Dried okro
  4. Daddawa, meat, attaruhu, albasa, palm oil

Cooking Instructions

    For the tuwo, wash ur rice properly and pour it inside a boiling water and allow it to cook very well, till it is soft, u can add flour to it and mould into round shape or any shape if ur choice.

    For the soup, boil ur meat till it is soft, add ur chopped pepper and onion to it and put the palm oil and add ur daddawa to it add ur seasoning. Allow it to cook properly for lyk 35- 40mins, add a little potash to it and b adding ur dried okro gently as u add make sure u r using whisker to whisk it. Once it is thick to ur satisfaction that is all. Allow it to simmer for 5 or 7 mins. And it is done.
