I’m a sucker for puff puff any day. This is the pepper version

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1/4 cupsugar
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 2and a 1/4 cups flour
  4. Pinchnutmeg
  5. 1/2 teaspoondry pepper
  6. 2 tablespoonsactive dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl

    Then add half or little more cup of warm water until it forms a very thick paste

  3. 3

    Cover with a cling film or lid for 1hr or 1hr:30 until it rises and triples in size with bubbles formed

  4. 4

    Mix with hand and then scoop in tiny balls with palm and deep fry in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown
