Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsRice
  2. Salt
  3. 1 handfulCarrot
  4. handfulGreen beans
  5. 1Green bell pepper
  6. 1 teaspoonVeg. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash raw rice and put on heat to parboil then wash and drain.

    Put pot on fire, add water, salt and veg. Oil

  3. 3

    Pour in parboiled rice and cook.

  4. 4

    Wash carrot, Green beans and green bell pepper and chop to desired sizes.

  5. 5

    When water is almost dried pour in chopped vegetables and allow to simmer till dry.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and serve with stew.
