Ingredients

  1. 2-3carrots
  2. 2-3celery sticks
  3. 1yellow onion
  4. 1portobello mushroom
  5. 1small bunch parsley
  6. 5 sprigsthyme (fresh)
  7. about 10 cups water
  8. 1 tsppeppercorns

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dice vegetables. Add water. Heat till water boils. Then simmer, covered, for about 1.5 hours. The concentration of the stock will be determined by how long the liquid simmers.

    Strain.

    Use or freeze.
