800 gchopped spinach
500 gpenne
250 gsoy cream
2shallots
2garlic cloves
50 gpine nuts

Steps

Rinse and dry the spinach. Cook the penne.
Saute shallots and garlic.

Add in the spinach and penne. Stir in the cream, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with toasted pine nuts.
