Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 800 gchopped spinach
  2. 500 gpenne
  3. 250 gsoy cream
  4. 2shallots
  5. 2garlic cloves
  6. 50 gpine nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse and dry the spinach. Cook the penne.
    Saute shallots and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add in the spinach and penne. Stir in the cream, and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with toasted pine nuts.
