Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 200 gmpaneer(grated)
  2. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  3. 1/4 cupchopped capsicum
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1green chilli chopped
  7. 1/2 inchginger grated
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 2 tbspoil/butter
  10. 2 tbspfresh malai
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1 tspkasoori methi (crushed)
  16. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  17. Handfulcoriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds when they cracks add Onion stir for a min on low to medium heat,add ginger stir for few seconds,add capsicum, peas, tomato and green chilli stir well add salt and cook covered for 2-3 mins or until vegetables gets soft.

    Add all spices and stir well,add paneer saute until well combined,add malai stir well and cook for another few minutes.

    Add garam masala, kasoori methi and fresh coriander mix well and switch off the flame.

    Quick and easy to make paneer peas bhurji is ready to serve.
