Cook your beans until soft

Wash ur meat and cook for 5to 6min, blend the veggies (kayan Miya),put palm oil in the pot and fry it

Add the beans,meat,stock(ruwan nama to the fried veggies and cover the pot

If it start boiling add the grandnut and cover for 5min then add the dried moringa(zogale) and a little potash

Then add your seasonings allow to cook until the zogale is soft. enjoy it with any tuwo of your choice.
