Ingredients

  2. 2 tbspbutter/oil
  3. 2onions
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. 2 tspgarlic paste
  6. 5-6cashew pieces
  7. 11/2 tspmagajtari
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspkasuri methi
  11. 2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/2 cupcream
  13. 100 gpaneer
  14. 2-3 piecesbay leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First of all you can take one pan and add butter ya oil and add big diced onions..

    And saute until onions become light pink...

  3. 3

    Then added tomatoes, garlic paste, magajtari, bay leaf,salt and red chilli powder.

    And add some water.. and cover with lid...

    And if tomatoes seems soften then switch of the gas..

    Transfer to the jar once it is cooled off..

    And crushed in mixture..

    And make the puree..

    Again take one pan and add oil or butter..

    And add this gravy..

    Add kasuri methi and mix it well.then add cream..

    And on other side saute paneer..

    And add paneer to the greavy and garnish with mutter...
