In a bowl add paneer pieces, some spices according to taste like red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder (these spices are not included in ingredients) and 1 tbsp water, mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Then shallow fry paneer pieces in nonstick pan.

For gravy fry onions in hot oil untill it turns golden brown in colour. Then grind it to make smooth paste.

In a pan add butter and ghee, add all khada masala, onion paste, chilli paste and ginger garlic paste. After 2 minutes add tomato paste and dry spices (except garam masala) and mix it well.

Then add fresh cream and water (as needed). After 1 min add paneer pieces and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Then add garam masala, coriander leaves and fresh cream. Serve it hot.
