Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl first of all add besan and then with little water form a semi thick consistency batter

Next add coriander leaves finely chopped and all dry spices except soda and mix well.

If you feel you can add water if the batter get thick

Next heat water in steamer and grease the plate just before steaming add soda to it and mix well.Now put batter in greasing plate.

Next you steam vadis on low flame for 20 min and check by putting knife till it comes clean.

Then remove it from flame.keep aside till it becomes cool completely next wen it cools cut it in diamond shapes or square and deep fry it well on low to medium flame.

Serve hot with green chutney.

Note:-As I like more coriander so I added more u can vary quantity.
