Ingredients

45 mins
4 servings
  1. 300 gself rising flour
  2. 200 gmagarine
  3. 200 gsugar
  4. 4eggs
  5. 30 gdessicated coconut
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. Some grated dark chocolate
  8. 1 tsplemon essence (Pradip)

Cooking Instructions

    Measure your ingredients and set aside. Then preheat the oven to 180degrees

    Using a hand mixer mix the magarine till pale

  3. 3

    Now cream the sugar and magarine together

  4. 4

    Add eggs one by one then continue mixing. Then add the lemon essence.

  5. 5

    Add the sieved flour and using a spatula mix as you cut and fold.Then add milk and continue mixing. Then add the dessicated coconut and chocolate then mix.

    Pour in the greased baking tin and bake at 180degrees for 45mins
