Ingredients

  1. 4 pieceschicken drumstick with thigh (entire L shape)
  2. 15-20 pcsonions (size dependent)
  3. 6-7 pcsgarlic
  4. 1small piece ginger
  5. 15red chillies (> or < spiciness dependent)
  6. 1small pc turmeric (kunyit)
  7. 1heaped tablespoon Coleman's Mustard Powder (+/-)
  8. Vinegar (amount taste driven)
  9. Salt for taste
  10. Sugar for taste
  11. 2 tablespooncooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Grind onion, garlic, chillies (remove seeds so it will not be spicy), ginger, tumeric, mustard powder together; you will need to add a bit of water to get the blender working right

    Add cooking oil and stir blended spices over fire;

  3. 3

    Add 2 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon salt & 1 teaspoon sugar;

    When curry mix is hot, add in the chicken

  5. 5

    Add water to thin the curry if it's too thick

  6. 6

    Stir the pot mix till chicken is tender
