A simple fried chicken recipe for anyone to follow. However, it does take a little bit more time because I used drumsticks instead of chicken wings... Oh well - when there are kids around we don't really want to disappoint!

A simple fried chicken recipe for anyone to follow. However, it does take a little bit more time because I used drumsticks instead of chicken wings... Oh well - when there are kids around we don't really want to disappoint!
Cara Memasak

Chop 1 big onion and 1 inch ginger till fine / use a blender with a little water.

Put mixture in a large bowl and add salt. Mix well then add in chicken. Make sure the chicken is well coated in its juices. (A little goes a long way so no need for excessive adding of water to the blender).

While the chicken is soaking, place both the plain flour and cornstarch in a bowl along with the spices and white pepper. Sarawak white pepper is the best. Mix it well with a fork or spoon.

Break 2 eggs in a separate bowl. Add salt and mix well. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.

Place chicken in flour till well coated but not thick. Then dip the floured chicken into the egg till well coated and onto the breadcrumbs. *best to slit the thick drumsticks to the bone for faster cooking before breading*

Heat oil and fry the chicken.
