Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  2. 1/2 cuphoney
  3. 2eggs
  4. 55 gmssugar
  5. 200 gmsbutter
  6. 1 cupsifted self raising flour
  7. 3/4 cupground almond
  8. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  10. Handfuldried cranberries

Cooking Instructions

    Grease baking pan, beat yogurt, butter, vanilla extract, honey in a bowl with electric mixer until just combined and smooth, transfer to a large mixing bowl.

    Beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy, stir in egg mixture into yogurt mix, fold flour, almond, cranberries and baking powder. Spread mixture into prepared pan.

    Bake @180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes. Let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
