Ingredients

  1. 12papdis
  2. 1/2 cupboiled potato cubes
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  4. 1 tspchaat masala for sprinkling
  5. 1 cup tspkhajur imli ki chutney
  6. 1 cupgreen chutney
  7. 4-5 tsp fresh garlic chutney
  8. 2 tsplemon juice
  9. 3/4 cupnylon sev
  10. For The Garnish
  11. 4 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
  12. 2 tbspchopped raw mangoes
  13. 2 table spoonspomegranate kernels

Cooking Instructions

    Just before serving, arrange papadis on a serving plate.

    Top each papdi with a few potato cubes, little onions and sprinkle a little chaat masala over it.

    Top it with 1 tsp of khajur imli ki chutney, ½ tsp of green chutney and ½ tsp of garlic chutney.

    Put a ½ tsp lemon juice and 1½ tsp of sev over each papdi.

  5. 5

    Garnish with 1 tbsp of coriander and ½ tbsp of raw mangoes evenly over it.

    Place pomegranate kernels on each papadi

  7. 7

    Serve with lots of nylon sev on the top
