Ingredients

10 min prep, 20 cook time
4-6 servings
  1. 2 cupsmushrooms chopped
  2. 1/3 cupgreen onions
  3. 1/4 cupbutter
  4. 1/4 cupred wine
  5. 2 cupsbeef broth
  6. 1 tbspnflour
  7. 1 tspnsalt
  8. 1/2 tspnthyme

Cooking Instructions

10 min prep, 20 cook time
  1. 1

    Chop and sauté mushrooms 🍄 with butter on medium heat in sauce pan for about 5 minutes

    Chop and add green onions and thyme, sauté until mushrooms are soft and whites of green onions are clear

    Add red wine, reduce

  4. 4

    Mix flour with beef broth, add to sauce pan and bring to boil

  5. 5

    Add salt 🧂reduce heat, and stir until thick.
