Ingredients

  1. 500 g.Milk
  2. 100 gmseviyan
  3. as requiredsugar
  4. as requiredFor garnish...cardamom powder,chopped pistachio, kaju (cashew) badam (almond)kishmish (raisins)

Cooking Instructions

    Put a pan on flame and pour milk in it.

    Now take other utensil and cook seviyan until it gets brown.

  3. 3

    Add these brown seviyan in the milk.

  4. 4

    And cook it till one third of the milk is left.

  5. 5

    Add sugar and cook it for sometime....

  6. 6

    Add all the dryfruits in the kheer.

  7. 7

    Your kheer is ready to serve.

    You can eat it chill or hot as you like.
