  3. 1 pao Khoya
  4. 1/2 Cup Rice
  5. 2 tsp Elaichi Powder
  6. Badam, pistay, dessicated coconut
  7. drops Rooh Kehwrrah few

Cooking Instructions

    Milk boil karen.usko halki anch me itna pakayen k half reh jaye.Usme khoya cheeni elaichi powder add kar k chamcha chalate rahen.phir usme rice (pani me bhigo k koot len)add karden.

    Chamcha chalte rahen warna rice pateelay ki base me bethna start ho jayenge.jab milk garha hojaye to akhir me pinch of food color essence dal k flame off karden..

    Aur serving bowl mein nikal ker, Badam Pista say garnish karain
