Ingredients: 4 1/4 cups milk (1 liter); 1 packet vanilla-flavored cornstarch pudding mix; 1 espresso cup sugar (about 2 tablespoons or 25 grams); 1 pinch salt; 2 espresso cups short-grain white rice, cleaned and well rinsed (about 1/2 cup or 100 grams); 2 cups water (about 480 ml); 1 dose vanilla extract; Ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

4 1/4 cupsmilk (1 liter)
1 packetvanilla-flavored cornstarch pudding mix
1espresso cup sugar (about 2 tablespoons or 25 grams)
1 pinchsalt
2espresso cups short-grain white rice, cleaned and well rinsed (about 1/2 cup or 100 grams)
2 cupswater (about 480 ml)
1dose vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

Cook the rice (after cleaning and rinsing it well) with the water and salt until the rice is tender.

In a cup of milk, dissolve the vanilla-flavored cornstarch pudding mix, vanilla extract, and add the sugar. Pour in the remaining milk and stir constantly over low heat to prevent sticking.

Once ready, pour the mixture into small bowls and refrigerate. Serve chilled, sprinkled with a little cinnamon if desired.

Επειδή η μαγειρική είναι μία μορφή τέχνης ο καθένας/καθεμία από εμάς έχει τον δικό του τρόπο να εκφραστεί…Γι’ αυτό προτιμώ οι συνταγές μου να είναι απλές, όσο πιο υγιεινές γίνεται, αλλά εξίσου νόστιμες.Χωρίς τσιγάρισμα, χωρίς παχυντικά υλικά με βασικό συστατικό την αγάπη ❤️ που ως γνωστόν οτιδήποτε μαγειρεύουμε με αγάπη είναι πάντοτε πιο νόστιμο.Καλή μας όρεξη 😋Υ.Γ.
