Dandikwalo and dodo

Ingredients

  1. 1large sweet potato
  2. 1plantain, salt n oil 4 deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash your sweet potatoe, slice into pieces and add salt set aside

  2. 2

    Peel off the plantain and slice horizontally, add salt and also set aside, deep fry it until golden brown, but not too dark because it will get darker when it cools off

  3. 3

    Fry your sweet potatoes until golden brown (dandikwalo), enjoy with the dodo(plantain). Eat on its own or with pap or kunun tsamiya
