  1. 300 gRice
  2. 300 gpotatoes peeled n cut into cubes
  3. 2Onion sliced
  4. 150 gpotatoes
  5. 2 tbspGarm masala
  6. 50 gGreen chilies
  7. Salt 1 tsp or as needed
  8. 20 gGinger finely Sliced
  9. 2 tbspOil
  10. 250 gChicken Stock
  11. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  12. Peas 1 Cup fried

    DIRECTIONS
    Heat oil and fry onion till brown.
    Add salt tomatoes,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and potatoes and cook well.

    Now add chicken stockand more 350g water and bring the boil.then add fried peas.
    4;then add rice and cook on high flame.

    When water evaporates then simmer on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.serve with raita and salad.
