My marinated boneless chicken overnight with garlic coriander and seasoning

Pls always start by browing your chicken firstly with 1tbsp of oil

Stir fry for abt 5min then add small amount of water to cook add lemon juice add venegar and a pinch of salt add in garlic and some black pepper

Your diced items should follow immediatly stir fry until no water

Cooked yam with a pinch of salt dice in smallar pieace

Then put 1tbsp of oil to the pan at low flame please add the mixture and cook at low flame#nubr 7

Add the yam and the meat sauce to a bowl with 4-5eggs and beat well # nobr 6 pls

Then be checking it if its firm the put a plate on top of the pan and turn upside down and put back again for a perfect turn up

Then serve with hot black tea or chilled juice jst be dipping in mayoketchup mixture or jst ketchup
