Cooking Instructions

Parboil your rice and set aside.

Grind your tattasai, scotch bonnet, tomato, garlic and onion roughly.

In a pot add oil and onion then add in your grinded tomato. Allow to fry

Add in your seasoning, curry, salt and meat stock. Add more water DAT will cook d rice.

When it starts to boil add the rice and allow to cook.
