Cook your basmati rice, rice it with cold water and put in the fridge too cold or you cook it a night before

Cut your ball pepper for the sweet and sour sauce a little bigger than the one for stir fried rice, cut your white fish, coat it with your corn flour, then you deep fry

Put your put on fire add some oil to stir fry the ball pepper, shrimps, sausage and carrot you stir fry for Some minute you then add your oyster sauce, light soy sauce, then cook lastly add your cold rice and mix together for some minutes then put off the light.

Put your pan on fire add a little a oil add your sweet chilli sauce, ketchup,Salt n spice, brown sugar, lemon juice to get the sour taste, stir fry for some minute then you can add your big diced ball pepper to cook then lastly add your fried fish fillet coated with cornflour cook for some minutes then is ready
