Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbeans
  2. 3scotch bonnet
  3. 1onion
  4. 1bell pepper
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Cray fish
  8. Seasoning
  9. Red oil
  10. Roasted fish
  11. Boiled eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the beans, wash and peel off the back

  2. 2

    Add onions, garlic, ginger, scotch bonnet, red pepper and grind it until smooth

  3. 3

    Pour the grinded beans in a clean bowl, add seasoning, salt, Cray fish red oil and stir

  4. 4

    Pour it in a moi moi container, add the roasted fish, boiled egg and cover

  5. 5

    Bring water to a boil and put in the containers and allow to cook
