Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 teaspooninstant dry yeast
  2. 4 tbspsugar
  3. 6 tbspbutter
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1/8 tspsalt
  6. 500 gall purpose flour
  7. 3eggs
  8. 1 tspsesame seeds for sprinkling

Cooking Instructions

    Add sifted flour, salt, yeast sugar in bowl and whisk to mix

    Pour in beaten eggs and warm butter milk mixture

  3. 3

    Start mixing with your hands

  4. 4

    Knead until rough dough comes together

  5. 5

    Place dough on work surface and knead for exactly 10 minutes until smooth. Bread dough needs a lot of work

    Oil both the dough and bowl. Cover with towel and let rise in warm place for 1 hour until dough doubles in size

    Roll out dough and try to make it into a triangle shape

    Spread generously with butter the whole dough

  9. 9

    Sprinkle with sugar all over the dough

  10. 10

    Pour cinnamon spice to cover rolled dough

  11. 11

    Start rolling dough to form long log

  12. 12

    Place dough in loaf pan, cover allow to rise again for 45 minutes. Spread milk all over the risen dough or egg wash

  13. 13

    Place dough in preheated oven at 180°c and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden

  14. 14

    Wait for the dough to cool COMPLETELY before slicing to serve
