Aloo tuk is a very easy to make snack, commonly made in the Sindhi households. Having an extended family and friends in the Sindhi community, I have had the privilege of learning some of their cuisine. This recipe was given to me by my sister in law. It works well as a starter or as an accompaniment to daal and rice.
