Whenever i am tired and lazy to make cozy/extraordinary iftar dish,stir fry maca or spag is always the option so easy and super healthy,my family really like this particular dish😘and i love to make it for them #Ramadhancontest

Ingredients

14 servings
  1. 2 sachetgolden penny macorni(parboiled with curry and salt)
  2. 30scotch bonnet(small size) squashed
  3. 6tattashe squashed
  4. 3onions sliced
  5. 15seasoning cubes
  6. 1 tbspnsalt
  7. 3 cupsoil
  8. 2onga
  9. 1doli chicken seasoning
  10. 1 tbspnginger
  11. 2 tbspncurry powder
  12. 1 tbspngaram masala
  13. Handfulchopped mint leaves
  14. 2 sachetthyme
  15. 3green bell pepper diced
  16. 10medium sized carrot sliced in halves
  17. 1small cabbage roughly chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Here is my parboiled maca,along with my boiled carrot,and seasonings which i mix(i divided the maca into 3 different portions and fry each individually,so i added all the seasoning and spice together mix them,and 1 divide them again into 3)i did also same with veggies,i divided them NOTE:this is my huge family iftar😂😂😂😂almost 14 people,u can reduce the ingredients quantity.

    I add oil in a hot pan,to it i added my onions,scotch bonnet,seaseonings nd spice mix,nd stir fry till onion is a bit soft,then add your parboiled maca and carrot,along with chopped bell pepper

    Cabbage and mint,stir fry it for atslt good 5 mins,till all is well mixed and slightly fried😉turn off heat,and serve immediately,NOTE u dnt have to fry it too much just slightly to soften the veggies

    I serve it to them with cold banana shaka😘shake
