Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp green peas,boiled
  2. 3 tbsp chopped green capsicum
  3. 1 cup suji
  4. 4 tbsp curd
  5. 2 tbsp chopped green chilli
  6. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbsp Enough fruit salt
  9. As neededOil
  10. as neededMustard seeds
  11. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  12. 3-4curry leaves
  13. as neededRed chilli powder
  14. as neededGarnish for green chilli, cheese,peas

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl mix sauji,curd salt, and water and mix well.add haldipwoder and green chilli adrakh paste.

    Add green peas, capsicum, coriander leaves and mix well.add fruit salt and mix well.

    Heat a pan and place a large cookie cutter in the centre.

    Prepare tawa dhokla, some oil in the centre of the cookie cutter,add some muster seeds,add some sesame seeds, curry leaves and pour a batter on top to make thick.

    Sprinkle some chilli powder on top,and cook on low heat till golden brown and crisp from the underside. remove the cookie cutter.

    Serve hot garnished with cheese.and mutter.
