California Farm Home Made Balsamic Vinegar California Farm Home Made Balsamic Vinegar
Like the real stuff, you make your own balsamic vinegar by adding ingredients to existing balsamic vinegar when your bottle is three quarters empty, and let it ferment two months. To start your own, buy a one cup small bottle of good organic balsamic vinegar, then add your own ingredients to make four cups. Hobby Horseman -

Fermented garlic and honey Fermented garlic and honey
* Important make sure to use raw honey and to use organic garlic and ginger and to open the lid and shake it up daily. This needs no refrigeration as long as it's kept in a cool area up to a year. Don't take if you have an allergy to garlic, ginger or honey or if you are taking blood-thinning medication or if you have diabetes. Babies under 1 year of age also should not have this as well. carrie -

California Farm Forever Apple Cider Vinegar California Farm Forever Apple Cider Vinegar
You can make apple cider vinegar “with the mother” from apple juice in 3 weeks, add more juice every 3 weeks, let it ferment all year from apple harvest to apple harvest, while using it. Out of season, you can use frozen apple juice. The vinegar mother is the culture of acetic bacteria that ferments apple juice to vinegar. You can see it, it is the grey film in the fermenting juice. We have a little tabletop press to make apple juice, but you don’t need one, following the recipe of cookpad member Nadia from Turkey, immersing fresh apples in distilled water for six months and adding raw vinegar.
