Dressing---------
1/4 cupmaple syrup
1/4 cupraw apple cider vinegar with the mother
1/4 cupapple juice
1 teaspoonsalt divided
1 cupseedless green grapes
3 cupsmulticolored tomatoes sliced
1large English Cucumber
8 ouncesapple sauce

Steps

Add the vinegar, juice, and syrup.

Peel, remove the seeds, and slice the Cucumber. Slice the tomatoes, and grapes. Add half the salt. Mix together.

Add half the salt, and apple sauce to the vinegar mixture. Mix well.

Add the dressing to the salad, coat well.
