Yam Donuts

The democracy day has been the free day i have this week. So, i was at home without attending school.
I am eager to enter the kitchen and cook iftar for the family . Because my family have been missing my iftar dishes this year as i came back late from school everyday. So, i decided to delight them with a delicious snack. #ramadhancontest
I knew that yam ball is a favorite snack to the family, then i decided to prepare it but in a different way. I try making this snack for the first time and i named it "yam donuts". The outcome was fine and fun.

Simple Donuts with Pancake Mix Simple Donuts with Pancake Mix
I wanted to make a simple snack that I could give away as a present. If the temperature of the oil is too high, the donuts will burn so be careful. You could top the donuts with 1 teaspoon or so of sugar, or some cinnamon sugar instead, for extra flavour. Crispy & Soft Banana Potato Starch Donuts Crispy & Soft Banana Potato Starch Donuts
This is a variation of the katakuriko donuts recipe. I love donuts, and a long, long time ago there was a recipe in a sweets cookbook for banana fritters, so I decided to give this a try. These are easier to fry if the bananas are not too large. I'm pretty messy, so I always cut the banana on top of the removed peel, lol. Once you've mixed the batter and the banana fry as quickly as possible to take advantage of the power of the baking powder. After frying the banana will be pretty hot, so be careful not to burn yourself. Recipe by Satsuki519 cookpad.japan -

Easy Crispy and Chewy Potato Starch Donuts Easy Crispy and Chewy Potato Starch Donuts
No eggs, no milk, no butter or margarine either! Even so, I want to eat a delicious treat! I want to eat donuts, so I made this.I wanted to be as clean as possible while making the balls, so I used a rubber spatula to mix, a big spoon to make the balls, and dropped them into the oil, thus keeping the amount of dishes to a minimum! If you want to make them even fluffier, increase the water to 100 ml, but it will become runny and hard to spoon out. Recipe by Satsuki519. cookpad.japan -

Auntie Machi's Beloved Donuts Auntie Machi's Beloved Donuts
My father: "I want to eat Machi's donuts..." All my relatives: "Me too!!"My Auntie Machi has been making these donuts and gotten lots of love for them for decades. I wanted to continue the tradition, so I asked her to teach me how to make them.Don't overmix the dough! Make the dough rather thick! Don't over-fry! Eat the donuts when they're piping hot! Have fun making them and don't get too hung up on the details. The consistency of the dough may change depending on how big the eggs you have are. When you add water in Step 3, make sure the dough is just about stiff enough to cut out, no stiffer. You can add a bit of cake flour too if needed. Recipe by Mareko cookpad.japan -

Les Bugnes (French Donuts) Les Bugnes (French Donuts)
Let’s discover the world of French pastry one delicious recipe at a time and so far it has been great. The word bugne means "beignet" in French, which means donut in English, but don’t be confused they are not the same. They are an old pastry that existed already in Roman times and were consumed at the time of "caranval" or Mardi Gras & Fat Tuesday, the last day before the 40 days of Lent leading up to Easter. Almost every European country has its own version. I got to know this French version in the Pinterest and use google for translating in to English version with some modification to taste my buds.#mycookbook Lavender -
