This is a very easy recipe and instead of giving the regular round shape have given shape of donuts to the sabudana wada.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak the sago pearls in water for atleast 3 hours.

In a mixing take the soaked sago pearls, mashed potatoes, peanuts coarsely ground, chopped green chillies, ginger paste, salt, sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and mix everything properly.

Now give the mixture shape of donuts and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden and crisp.

Serve them with masala dahi and tomato ketchup.
