Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsago pearls (sabudana)
  2. 5medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed
  3. 1/4 cuproasted peanuts coarsely ground
  4. 3-4green chillies finely chopped
  5. 1/2 tbspginger paste
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. 1 tbspsugar (optional)
  8. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. As requiredOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the sago pearls in water for atleast 3 hours.

    In a mixing take the soaked sago pearls, mashed potatoes, peanuts coarsely ground, chopped green chillies, ginger paste, salt, sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and mix everything properly.

    Now give the mixture shape of donuts and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden and crisp.

    Serve them with masala dahi and tomato ketchup.
