Bahan-bahan

  1. 250 grbutton mushrooms (jamur kancing)
  2. 100 grmeatballs (bakso)
  3. onion leave (daun bawang)
  4. Green chilli (cabai hijau)
  5. Red chilli (cabai merah)
  6. Tomato (tomat)
  7. Red Onion (bawang merah)
  8. oyster sauce (sauce tiram)
  9. ginger (jahe)
  10. Garlic (bawang putih)
  11. soya sauce (kecap manis)
  12. salt & pepper (garam dan merica)
  13. chicken powder (masako ayam)
  14. cooking oil (minyak goreng)
  15. water

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    Slice horisontal mushrooms and meatballs, andthen boiling at hot water until 10 minutes

    Peel onion red and galic and then slice vertical onion red, garlic, chilli, tomato and onion ring

    Peel giger and mask

  4. 4

    Stir onion red and garlic until have aroma smells

  5. 5

    Give ginger and chilli add it water wait 5 minutes

    Add it tomato and onion ring

  7. 7

    Entering mushrooms and meatballs

    Give the spice salt, pepper, chicken powder

  9. 9

    Next give oyster sauce and soya sauce
