  2. 4Potato cut in strips
  3. 2 tbspCorn flour
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/3 tspzeera
  6. 1/3 tspajwayen
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. pinchyellow color
  9. pinchsoda

Cooking Instructions

    Add all ingredients in baisan and make a paste

  2. 2

    Cut potato strips n keep in salted water for 30 min

  3. 3

    After 30 min strain all water from potato covered with baisan.

  4. 4

    Fry it at medium flame.

  5. 5

    Now dish out.. its ready to eat.serve with ketchup.
