Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/2 tablespoonbaking powder
  5. 2 tablespoonbutter
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonnutmeg
  8. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients together.add the butter and mix till it looks like breadcrumbs.

    Add the egg and the water mix very well.Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.

    Heat the oil in a pan, lower the heat,dip your fingers in water scoop the batter and fry in the hot oil,now increase the heat so that the buns won’t soak up oil,fry until golden brown.
