Add the egg and the water mix very well.Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan, lower the heat,dip your fingers in water scoop the batter and fry in the hot oil,now increase the heat so that the buns won’t soak up oil,fry until golden brown.
