    Rice pani me 1-1.5 hr k liye bhigo dein.

    Aloo kat k salt k pani me bhigo dein.

    Tamatar hari mirch piyax lehson adrak ko grind kar lein.

    Phir usko masala ready karen. pisi laal mirch haldi zeera n all spices dahi add kar k masala bhunain.

    Phir alu add kar k gala lein.

    Rice boil karen.aur chan lein

    Phir masalay me half dal kar mix karen.

    Phir half dal k mix kar k dam par rakh dein 15 min.
