  1. 4 pcs@200g pork loin
  2. 1/4cabbage, finely chopped
  3. Tonkatsu sauce
  4. Butter, salted / unsalted
  5. Milky white bread (use union's)
  6. Sauce mix
  7. 1/4 cupjapanese mayo
  8. 1/2 tspmustard
  9. Breading
  10. AP flour
  11. Egg, beaten
  12. Panko (breadcrumbs)

Cara Membuat

    Pound the meat. Season with salt n pepper vigorously. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

    Breading steps: flour, egg, panko, flour, egg, panko. Put in freezer for 15 mins.

    Prep your bread: spread butter first and spread sauce mix on each bread.

    Double fry your tonkatsu.

    Assembling the sando: bread with spreads, chopped cabbage, tonkatsu, drizzle tonkatsu sauce on it and top with bread.
