કેરી ધોઈને ઝીણી સમારી લો. પછી તેમાં અચાર મસાલો નાંખી મિક્સ કરો. જરૂર મુજબ મીઠું નાંખી કાંચની બોટલ ભરી લો.

આ ઈન્સ્ટન્ટ કાચી કેરી નું ખાટું અથાણું બીજા દિવસે ખાવા માટે તૈયાર છે. પછી ફ્રીઝમાં રાખી ૧ અઠવાડિયાના સુધી ખાઈ શકાય.
