  1. 1 cupgreen moong bean sprouts
  2. 1/4 cupurad dal
  3. 1/4 inchginger
  4. 1garlic pods
  5. 4chilies
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. oil as required
  8. as neededWater

    Soak urad daal for 7- 8 hours. After that in a mixi jar add moong bean sprouts, soaked urad daal, ginger, garlic, chilles, salt and water to it and grind it in a fine paste.

    On hot tawa pour the mixture and spread like dosa. Sprinkle some oil on top. Cook well on both the sides.

    Moong Sprout Dosa is ready.

    Serve hot with green chutney.
